These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, dance workshops, events, performances, and any other related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). 2. Eligibility

  • Avoid any disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior. Failure to comply may result in removal from an event or permanent banning from our Services.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel events, classes, or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If an event is canceled, participants will be notified and offered a refund or alternative arrangement.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Participants understand and accept the risks associated with physical activities, including injury.

  • Rhythms of the Diaspora is not responsible for personal injuries, lost property, or unforeseen incidents during participation.

  • Participants must notify instructors of any medical conditions before engaging in dance activities.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including choreography, branding, and media produced by Rhythms of the Diaspora, is our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without permission.

  • Participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during events for promotional purposes unless they opt out prior to the workshop via email or in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include third-party links or partnerships (e.g., gym collaborations). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party entities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
